Terry Perches serves as the contact person for Perches' Quality Home Repairs, and presents a very friendly, yet highly professional, personality. She makes every effort to accommodate the requests of the caller and, when she needs to check on schedules, she is very prompt in returning a call to make the appointment.

Jerry Perches is not only a very engaging person, but he is also an exceptional handyman, as it turns out. He arrived early to begin his tasks -- of which there were several to begin with and a couple of others thrown in for good measure -- and, after reviewing the various jobs, he went about his business. Because of the added jobs, he made a run to find the supplies he needed to complete the tasks. One important -- but very important consideration -- to note: Jerry was tasked with replacing an overhead light in one of the bathrooms, and discovered some water damage to the fixture (a "can" light). He prepped the fixture as well as he could, but did not attempt to proceed any further, explaining that he was not a licensed electrician. I added "honest", "candid", and "trustworthy" to Jerry's obvious character traits.

To put the quality of his work in perspective, while Jerry was working, I recommended him as a reliable and dependable handyman to two of my neighbors that were passing by. Actually, he was recommended to us by yet another neighbor!
